In 1996 EXEN the Executive Education Network asked Ellen to moderate a monthly program called “Experience Teaches” which featured guests such as Bob Galvin from Motorola and leadership guru Warren Bennis in live 2-hour satellite broadcasts with as many as 600 participants participating in open forum discussions. From 1998-2002 Susman moderated a monthly live conference on the Internet. ”Leaders Forum “ provided insight into leadership development and techniques to clients as diverse as Lands End The Veteran’s Administration and Protective Life Insurance Company."
