As Senior Vice President and Operations Manager at SAIC for the Technical Support Services Contract at the EROS Data Center Sioux Falls SD Dr. Gibson had profit and loss responsibility for this 500-person science and land-data management organization on the $180-million EDC Technical Support Services Contract (TSSC) under the United States Geological Survey (USGS). He was responsible for the performance 400 SAIC employees 100 subcontractors spread over three subcontracts and employees in 13 different work locations including four locations outside of North America.
