Drew and Danny met while attending The University of Florida where they recognized each other’s entrepreneurial talents quickly becoming best friends and business partners. After college the motivated duo moved to Minneapolis Minnesota where they saw an investment opportunity for rental properties. With Drew as the moneyman and Danny as the get it done guy over the last several years the two have renovated rented & currently own more than 70 properties.
Almost all of the homes have required extensive work to bring them back to life. Danny’s construction expertise dates back to 1998 when he worked his way through high school as an apprentice for a local carpenter. Drew’s passion for property investment is following in his grandfather and great-grandfather’s real estate footsteps.
