Dr. Mackay has worked as a consultant for the Toronto Blue Jays and as the director of treatment for the Canadian Open and PGA Tour of Canada. The Golf Core Grip was co-designed by him. Dr. Mackay provides a unique blend of knowledge in golf biomechanics and injury prevention to LifeApps Inc. and the TPI Advisory Board, with over thirty years of clinical experience. The Golf Magazine Top 100 Teachers Conference included Dr. Mackay and his colleague Phil Cheetham as keynote speakers in 2012. Their program, "Players at Risk," was also presented at the World Scientific Congress of Golf in April and the World Golf Fitness Summit in October. Dr. Mackay is currently in private practice in San Diego, CA at Elite Performance Institute.
