Prior to that Dr. Ornskov served key executive leadership positions at Bayer Bausch & Lomb Inc. Merck & Co. Inc. and Novartis AG. He received his MD from the University of Copenhagen his MBA from INSEAD and his Master of Public Health from Harvard University. Before his business career he trained as an intern and resident in pediatrics at the University Hospital of Copenhagen
