It has been announced by the Rational Group the owners of Full Tilt Poker that Dominic Mansour the former Chief Executive of the Health Lottery since January 2013 till February 2014 has been appointed Managing Director of the online poker company.
Previously Mansour was VP of Products for GTECH for 3 years and prior to that had roles with NetPlay and Euro Gaming.
Rafi Ashkenazi was acting head of Full Tilt Poker since Rational bought the brand back in late 2012 but will now step down from that role but remain with the company now Mansour has been appointed boss of FTP.
