Executive Education (Online Open Programs and Customized Programs) fall under his remit along with accountability for financial performance and working with Columbia’s world class faculty to turn ‘Theory into Practice’.

A self-confessed ‘Life Student’ Dil has successfully completed 3 Master’s level degrees and is an alumnus of executive education programs with London Business School and Harvard University.
