Diane Kochilas is regarded as one of the world's leading experts on Greek food. She is the author of 17 books on Greek food, including the upcoming Country Cooking of Greece (Chronicle, 2012) and the IACP award-winning Glorious Foods of Greece. Diane's writings have appeared in major international media outlets such as The Washington Post, Dow Jones wire, Food & Wine, Gourmet Live, and zesterdaily.com, and she has appeared on American television shows such as Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Bizarre Foods, Food, PBS News Hour, and Anderson Cooper 360. Diane is in the vanguard of bringing healthy, delectable Greek food to a wider audience in the United States. She collaborates with the dining services at Harvard, Yale, and UMass Amherst to provide healthier alternatives for the institutions' dining halls and retail shops.
