Diana Rodgers Biography

After years of illness and hospitalization doctors discovered that Diana Rodgers had Celiac Disease an auto-immune reaction to wheat gluten. After two weeks on a gluten free diet her symptoms were gone. She spent a few years marketing for natural foods companies and five years at Whole Foods Market before joining her husband at Green Meadows Farm.
While working in the industry she learned about nutrient-dense foods and traditional diets.Her desire to make sure her children received optimum nutrition motivated her to attend the Weston A. Price conference in the fall of 2008.
In the fall of 2009 Rodgers enrolled with the Nutritional Therapy Association to obtain a certification in Nutritional Therapy. During her education she learned how to balance my blood sugar and further reduce irritating foods.
Now Rodgers spreads her findings through her blog Sustainable Dish and her goal is to help people achieve better health through biologically appropriate foods.
