Dan Churchill Biography

At just 24 years of Age, Daniel has achieved a lot for his short lifetime. His drive for success and inspiration were evident when establishing his first business as a Health Coach at 17. Daniel completed a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Management in 2010, but continued studying and went onto complete a Masters in Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) He began holding talks and events educating on a number of topics which gained the attention of a number of professional sporting teams and individual athletes. Daniel absolutely loves sport and will barrack for any competition Nationally or Internationally. Growing up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney he absolutely loves the beach and if he is not cooking, at the gym or at a stadium watching sport you will find him down at the beach.

Despite his age he became a consultant in nutrition and cooking to a number players and teams alike for performance optimisation. By 19 he self-published his first cookbook "Dudefood," a book to empower the modern man in the kitchen. The book gained immediate nationwide media attention and was sold out within weeks of its first shipment. Daniel’s popularity in the media rose even further as he starred on the Australian TV Hit Masterchef in 2013, which is fortunate to be viewed in over 90 countries throughout the world.

“People don’t believe it but I have an exceptionally sweet tooth, I guess I have just learned to control it, that doesn’t mean I don’t treat myself though.”

Following the hit series, Daniel combined his passion for health and cooking and released his second self published book titled "The Healthy Cook," which like his first also sold out within weeks of its release. It was the combination of Daniel’s communications skills, profile and existing business that led him to hold bigger keynote speaking events where he was voicing his knowledge to larger audiences. But the demand for his thoughts were not only wanted in Australia but also to other countries around the globe. Daniel decided to hold webinars so that people from India, the USA, England and South Africa could all learn about Holistic Nutrition, or Paleoithic Foundations.

Daniel’s time in front of the TV screen had only just begun. He became a regular on Channel 7s Sunrise whilst also being viewed on Channel 9s Weekend Today and the regular cook on Healthy Me TV. He also has a very active blog and web series, demonstrating a number of key cooking techniques and skills along with travel documentation and regular free recipe updates.

In Australia he worked with the NSW Waratahs Super rugby side demonstrating his passion for sport, nutrition and cooking alike.

However it was in 2014 where Daniel’s profile had really begun to succeed in the International Market. He moved to the US and began filming his first TV series throughout the USA and regularly works as a guest on TV cooking shows. He has already written two more books and is currently in preproduction for his own TV series.

“I just want people to realise how simple cooking is and the power it has to bring people together. My number one rule is all food must be delicious and I want to motivate and inspire people to see how cooking healthy is just that…delicious.”
