She has advised on several high-profile DNA identification initiatives, including the identification of the Titanic's Unknown Child and the Amelia Earhart Project. She is now the Abraham Lincoln DNA project's genealogist. Colleen retired from the optical sector in 2005 and is now active in cold case work by developing novel DNA procedures to aid law enforcement and the military with forensic identification. Colleen specializes in foreign matters because she is a globe traveler and multi-lingual.
