Chris began working at Pandora in late 2004. He has been in charge of Pandora's engineering department since entering this market. Chris now leads a team of more than 50 engineers working on a variety of technical initiatives ranging from playlist optimization to in-car development and advertising integration. Software development, quality assurance, customer service, device development, device certification, and production support are among the other initiatives he oversees. Chris worked in different engineering positions at a number of business software firms before joining Pandora, including Quintus, Kenamea, and QRS/Inovis.
