Chip Scholz Biography

Henry E. Chip Scholz is Head Coach of Scholz and Associates and is an executive coach, columnist and a public speaker. He is a Certified Professional in Behavior, Value and Attribute Analysis, and is a member of Target Training Internationals Chairmans Club. He is a Certified Business Coach and works with CEOs, elected leaders, association executives and public and private sector decision makers across North America. He has written for ProsCommunications Magazine, 3PL Canada, Greater Charlotte Biz Magazine and other business and trade publications. The Scholz Report, a monthly newsletter produced and written by Chip, is distributed broadly. Chip is a co-author of Masterminds Unleashed: Selling for Geniuses, and the soon to be released Do Eagles Just Wing It?.

Chip is an active public speaker, appearing throughout the U.S. and Canada addressing businesses, civic groups and professional associations. He has spoken to groups that include the State Legislative Leaders Foundation, International Warehouse Logistics Association, Southeast Warehouse Association, Project Managers International, North Carolina Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Nurses Association and the International Association of Administrative Professionals.

A strong supporter of the community, he has served as Chairman of the Board of four chambers of commerce and has been on the board and in leadership capacities in several other civic and charitable groups. He has been a founder of 4 community organizations, including the South Bay Police and Fire Memorial Foundation in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. The Foundation has raised more than $1 million since being founded in 1994. In addition, he has held advisory positions in state, county and local government units, including chairmanship of the Los Angeles County Quality and Productivity Commission.

Chip currently serves on the board of the International Warehouse Logistics Association in Chicago. He and his wife, Chris, live just outside of Charlotte, NC.
