Cheryl Reeve will be in her 12th season as Lynx Head Coach and fourth as both Head Coach and General Manager in the 2021 WNBA season. Reeve was awarded Coach of the Year for the third time in her career at the end of the 2020 WNBA regular season, tying Van Chancellor and Mike Thibault for the most all-time.
In 2017, she guided the Lynx to their fourth WNBA title in seven years with a 27-7 record. Reeve has a 259-125 lifetime record as the Lynx's head coach, the most coaching victories in team history. On Dec. 8, 2009, she was chosen head coach, succeeding former head coach Jennifer Gillom.
