From 2007 to 2011 she was The Economist’s Midwest Correspondent based in Chicago. While in the Midwest she covered politics and a range of policy issues such as education agriculture and transport. From 2004 to 2007 she was an editor for The Economist’s website. She is a graduate of Yale University.
