Brian T. Moynihan is the president and CEO of Bank of America. On December 16, 2009, the board of directors elected him to his position, and he assumed office on January 1, 2010. Moynihan also serves on the board of directors of Bank of America. Moynihan is the chairman of one of the world's largest financial organizations.
