-T-Mobile Business Sales Engineer (SE) for the Chicago Wisconsin and NW Indiana Market hold SE responsibility for managing/growing an account base alongside SMB mid-market enterprise strategic and public sector account managers. -Meet with prospects and customers to understand their current technical environment key business issues and future benefits that could be realized by partnering with the Business Division of T-Mobile. -Provide monthly “tech talks” to the sales teams educating them on either a new solution and or market trend. -Responsible for keeping technical competencies current including but not limited to: GSM/LTE network infrastructure design both at the macro and in-building level machine to machine technologies/strategies mobile device management mobile OS platforms – iOS Android Blackberry Windows Mobile mobile broadband wireless WAN and third party application and solution providers. -Work with third party application and solution providers with an end goal of architecting a mobility solution that addresses a customer’s business challenge and ultimately creates sales opportunities. -Participate as the primary technical contact in the completion of RFIs/RFPs.
