Brennan Scanlon is a leading referral marketing expert and keynote speaker on relationships networking and referrals. Brennan Scanlon started in sales at age 19 while attending Northern Kentucky University as a full time college student. He was given group insurance clients & grew that book to 50 group insurance clients all while still graduating in 2001 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Marketing.
Brennan also encountered BNI Business Network International at age 19 when his job was to hit “play” on the VHS tape of BNI Founder Dr. Ivan Misner during informational meetings. Today he is the Executive Director of 45 BNI Chapters & 1150 members. Last year these members passed 39000 referrals that resulted in $50 million in closed business. Since becoming an Executive Director of BNI in 2005 at the age of 27 his Southwest Ohio & Northern Kentucky region members have reported $250 million in closed business commissions generating an economic impact to Greater Cincinnati of $1 Billion dollars. Brennan is a 3 time member of the BNI Founders Circle and has been an 8 year member of BNI’s Mastery Circle. In 2017 Brennan’s region was recognized as having the 4th largest net growth in all BNI regions in the United States. While Brennan is no longer a member himself he is proud to have been a BNI member for 16 years has given thousands of referrals and having been thanked for over $2 million in closed business commissions.
