Brad Smart earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from Purdue University, went into consulting, and has been the President of Smart & Associates, Inc. in the Chicago region for more than 25 years. Brad is widely regarded as the world's top specialist on the subject of recruiting. He has done over 6,500 in-depth interviews with executives.
