Bobbi says that there’s nothing like having the bridge burned behind you to make you get out and become productive. After six successful years in the business Bobbi moved to Denver. Totally intimidated by the size of the city she made the decision to work for a builder. The following year Bobbi was the top producer in the city of Denver. She sold 109 new homes that year and became a two year president of million-a-month club for agents who have sold a million dollars worth of real estate in a month. She sold over a million a month for 23 out of the next 48 months. The average price of a home at that time was $70000. After nine years in the new home business she made the move back to resale real estate.
