Bill Corbett Biography

Bill Corbett is an award-winning author of the book Love Limits & Lessons: A Parents Guide to Raising Cooperative Kids and the founder and president of the parent training organization Cooperative Kids. The book is designed as a quick reference guide for adults in handling challenging behavior and is now available in a Spanish translation edition. Bill has a degree in psychology from University of Phoenix and spent 12 years working as a certified parent educator with the International Network for Children and Families. He sits on the board of the Network Against Domestic Abuse the Resource Advisory Committee of Attachment Parenting International and is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. As an award-winning presenter with Toastmasters International Bill has used his exceptional style of speaking and humor by reaching out to help parents nationally with his talk radio show Parent Talk the new cable television show Creating Cooperative Kids. In 2006 he created the Love Limits & Lessons parent education course on discipline that is taught by instructors nationwide and he writes a syndicated column offering behavior advice that can be found in many parent magazines across the country. Bill has three adult children three step children two grandchildren and lives with this wife and step daughter near Hartford CT.
