Over twenty-five years ago, Andy Ruppanner, developed his unique approach to inspirational and leadership speaking while running a management development program for IBM. Since that time, Andy has developed and applied his skills as a visionary public speaker and strategist to the benefit of his companies, clients, and community.

Selected to lead development of a joint venture between KODAK and IBM, Mr. Ruppanner was a co-founder of TSS, a $1.3 billion technology service and support company. Joining Office Depot as a Vice President, he founded œUptime Services, a new division providing small business technology installation and services. An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Ruppanner has served as the lead executive in several public and private companies.
