Interning at Procter & Gamble was my first real job. I arrived with a bachelor's degree in engineering. My work centered on people and behavior rather than the equations I studied in college. I recall a shift in my ambitions, where I wanted to work not only in engineering and design but also with change and people. There was a second time when I was leading global strategy at Walmart and the CEO, Lee Scott, asked me to lead Walmart's sustainability efforts. I initially hesitated, but I quickly grew enthralled by the subject. I understood how essential it was for me to do the job that I was passionate about. Even though I'm happy with what we accomplished at Walmart, I always knew that one day I'd leave to establish a company that prioritized sustainability. The third point is now as a yerdle co-founder. This firm and its aim to minimize our desire to acquire new items, therefore establishing the next generation store, has a special place in my heart. I believe that 20% of current retail will be replaced by sharing. It's gratifying to build something from the ground up in order to effect such a transformation in our way of life.
