Mr. Andreas Lohff founded cut-e in 2002 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lohff serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aon Assessment Solutions. Mr. Lohff is a strategic assessment specialist and a distinguished business psychologist. As CEO of Aon Assessment Solutions, he leads its growth and manages its international development within the Global Talent, Rewards and Performance practice. Andreas runs major HR consultancy and management assessment projects for some of the world’s leading employers. He also oversees recruitment and employee development at Aon Assessment Solutions and is responsible for creating the mission, values and culture that are bringing global success. He served as Managing Director of cut-e. Prior to co-founding cut-e, he set up the German subsidiary of occupational psychometric company SHL Group and spent 13 years with the firm, latterly as European Business Development Director. He holds a diploma in Psychology from the University of Kiel, Germany.
