Ahmed Bharoocha Biography

Ahmed Bharoocha has been featured on Tosh.O with his sketch group Dead Kevin. He has performed in comedy festival such as Glasgow The Great American New York Boston and Seattle. Ahmed discovered his passion for entertaining at a young age making films with his older sister and his best friend. During college Ahmed got a job as a dishwasher at a comedy club Providence. After working there for a year washing dishes watching comedy and writing he finally made the move from the kitchen to the stage and hasn't washed a dish since. He has gone on to perform in the biggest clubs in the country such at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles and Gotham Comedy Club in New York. In 2005 Ahmed traveled with his older sister Maureen Bharoocha to Pakistan and filmed Abajee. Abajee has gone on to win several awards in film festivals all over the world such as Best Actor in the Jordan Film Festival. Ahmed has also studied at improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade theater in Los Angeles and performs regularly all over Hollywood.
