Adrian Hayes Biography

Adrian Hayes is a Dubai-based professional, ICF-accredited corporate coach, keynote speaker, and explorer who just became the quickest person in history, and only the 15th person ever, to walk to the North Pole, South Pole, and summit Mt Everest. Adrian is a former Gurkha Officer and special forces soldier in the British Army who was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. His CV is chock-full of diverse experiences, action, and, most importantly, achievement - from the corporate world to the military, coaching, and his adventure/sporting pursuits. In business, the MBA-qualified executive has held senior positions in a variety of industries, most recently as the Regional Sales Director for Airbus in the Middle East, where he was in charge of selling or placing nearly 200 aircraft in the Middle East/West Asia region, including the then-highest ever order in aviation history to Emirates Airline. Since completing an MBA thesis on appraisal systems 14 years ago, he has studied the area of personal development, and it was these studies that led him into corporate coaching in 2004, where he primarily specializes in team coaching (the Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program) and executive coaching. He has climbed since he was a teenager and has participated in various military and non-military climbing or other adventures/expeditions all over the world, as well as achieving high levels of performance in a variety of sports. As a result, he has a unique position in the world as a world-record-breaking explorer with strong and senior business experience as well as a professional corporate coach.
