Adam is a Financial Services Principal with Deloitte Consulting. He supports financial institutions in their business transformation, including establishing strategy, building new capabilities, enhancing customer service, merging business divisions, adopting technology, and altering operating models as the Regional Sector Leader for Banking & Securities. He's helped customers execute improvements in banking, capital markets, asset and wealth management, home lending, and transaction processing with great success. Prior to joining Deloitte, Adam was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer at a prominent institutional asset management business, where he was responsible for technology, operations, and administration. He also oversees the Center for Financial Services' Intellectual Property Program. • Developed unique research on Shadow Banking, which included presentations to the Federal Reserve, the Bank for International Settlements, and on the air at CNBC; • Written articles and been quoted in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the New York Times, and USA Today; • Lectured at the MIT Sloan School, NYU Stern School of Business, and University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School; and • Presented at ove Adam has a master's degree in business administration from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in science from MIT.
