Dorsey serves as the President of The Center for Generational Kinetics. The organization works with over 180 major clients each year on issues related to the Millennial and Gen Z generations.
Dorsey has written several books, including his most recent bestseller, “Y-Size Your Business: How Gen Y Employees Can Save You Money and Grow Your Business.” He has been the featured guest for over 200 national television interviews.
