Troy HazardSpeaker and Booking Agent Information

Troy Hazard has faced and overcome a variety of business challenges, from devastating financial loss to extraordinary success. The brilliant entrepreneur, who started and grew 10 enterprises over the course of two decades, came within days of filing for bankruptcy, turned around companies that were losing a tonne of money, and provided consulting services to numerous prosperous businesses.

As a result of Hazard's commercial prowess, the world's top businessmen voted him to the position of Global President of the Entrepreneurs' Organisation, which he claims was one of his toughest challenges.

Regarding a group that stands for a global community of prosperous company owners, he confesses, "That was by far the toughest leadership role I have held." "The world's most brilliant business brains were under my leadership, and at some point, they all believed they could perform the task more skillfully than I could.

I was leading leaders who were leading leaders who were leading people. It was really difficult, gratifying, and amazing all at once." Due to his experiences in the business sector, Hazard has gained important knowledge of how organizations function and what clients are thinking.

For instance, just 20% of business owners actually have outstanding relationships with their consumers despite the fact that most think they do. Why? because proprietors of businesses see the act of a consumer making a purchase to be the beginning of a relationship. They believe their clients genuinely care about them!

Hazard's worth as a Certified Professional Speaker is greatly derived from the same experience. The failure of several of my firms has taught me many valuable things that you don't learn in business school, says Hazard.

He breaks down success into four essential components: knowing your own values, being a visionary leader, having a strong market position, and building strong relationships with customers. The most important aspect of what I have to say is that I have firsthand experience with it, both the good and the terrible.

Troy's Lessons from the Edge offers firms powerful and honed tools that have all been put to the test in actual business circumstances and that you will never learn about in business school.
