Tantum "Teddy" Collins finished his undergraduate degree at Yale University, where he also took General Stan McChrystal's Leadership course and received a BA in Global Affairs. While a Yale student, he concentrated on institutional design and regional studies of China and the Middle East. As a Marshall Scholar, he is presently studying for an MPhil in International Relations and Politics at Cambridge University, focusing on global institutional architecture.
