Hall graduated from Montana State University with a B.A. in speech and English education and an M.Ed. in Education/Counseling. Hall was honored by the Montana State University Alumni Board as Businesswoman of the Year in 1990. She was an Outstanding Young Woman of America Award finalist.
Hall is most pleased with her status as a finalist for the Montana First Lady Award for her work with the state's unique needs youngsters. Hall was honored with a regional award for excellence for the daily column she writes for her local newspaper. She has a varied experience in education and business.
