Steve Sax's baseball career lasted 18 years and included many memorable moments. This five-time All-Star was voted "National League Rookie of the Year" in 1982 and proceeded to develop with each season after that. Steve was an intense and aggressive second baseman with the Los Angeles Dodgers through 1988.
During his time with the squad, Steve's defensive ability was important in the team's two World Series victories. He subsequently played for the New York Yankees from 1989 to 1991, before moving on to the Chicago White Sox and the Oakland A's.
