Rita Murray is a first-generation Irish American and Boston Baby Boomer with a unique multicultural perspective on diversity in the workplace. With her experience as CEO of a national energy services company and her ongoing Ph.D. research in Instructional Psychology and Technology at the University of Oklahoma, she offers proven tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and stress relief.
