Randy Lewis is a disability advocate and former senior vice president of Walgreens, where he led the company's logistics division. He is also the author of "No Greatness Without Goodness: How a Father's Love Changed a Company and Sparked a Movement," which chronicles his personal journey of raising a son with autism and his efforts to create a more inclusive workplace at Walgreens.
