Pat came to Office Depot from Restoration Hardware, Inc., where she served as the Executive Vice President & CFO since October 2003.  Previously, she held the position of Sr. Vice President of Finance at AutoNation, and rose to become the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Dole Food Company.  Pat is a certified public accountant and worked for ten years with a major international public accounting firm.  Separately, she served as a member of Office Depot’s board of directors from May 2004 until assuming her role as our CFO in September 2005.
