Lou D'Ambrosio is a longtime veteran of the information and technology industry, seasoned keynote speaker and visionary business advisor. Prior to joining Sensus, Mr. D’Ambrosio served as the Chief Executive Officer of two Fortune 500 companies. Mr. D’Ambrosio served as CEO and Board member of Sears Holdings (comprised of Sears, Kmart, and Land's End). Previously, he served as CEO and Board Member of Avaya, Inc., a global telecommunications and technology firm.

Earlier in his career, Mr. D’Ambrosio spent 16 years at IBM in various domestic and international executive roles, and was appointed to its Worldwide Management Committee. His roles included leading strategy for global services, sales and marketing for software, and industry operations for Asia Pacific.
