Since leaving Dow, Ms. Fasone Holder started JFH Insights, management advising, primarily focused on training and coaching executive women and men. She developed and teaches executive education courses for the Eli Broad college of Management at Michigan State University. Her courses, Executive Leadership for Women; Strategies to Enhance Success and Men As Change Agents, help women be more successful in their careers and help senior leadership build a more inclusive corporate culture.

She currently serves on the boards of Eastman Chemical Co., The WR Grace Co., and The McLaren N MI Regional Hospital. She is also co-chair of the CEO committee for Paradigm for Parity. She was past president of the Eli Broad College of Management Alumni Advisory Board, served on the Governing Board of the Committee of 200, an invitation only group of women executives and entrepreneurs. She is an invited member to the Fortune Most Powerful Women’s Summit and to Women Corporate Directors.
