Frank Bielec, who considers himself a work in progress, is one of eight designers who participate in Trading Spaces, the top-ranked decorating show on cable television and the #1 rated Saturday night series. He holds art degrees and has worked in a number of positions, including elementary school teacher and florist. He's active with Mosey'N Me, an art and needlecraft firm he operates with his wife, Judy when he's not creating murals on Trading Spaces. Trading Spaces Color and Trading Spaces Custom Touches, both released by Meredith Books this summer, include his designs. Mr. Bielec and his wife, Katy, live in Texas.
