Mr. Andrew Yakub Founded Rayton Solar Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Yakub has been Chief Executive Officer at Broadstreet Power, Inc. (Summer Valley Acquisition Corp) since March 23, 2015 and serves as its President, Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer. Mr. Yakub was founded ReGen America Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2009. In 2013 Mr. Yakub founded and served as chief executive officer Solar PV. He Worked at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Yakub worked at the UCLA Particle Beam Physics Laboratory as Assistant Design Engineer where he worked on the design of multiple radio frequence photoinjector guns to be used at Instituto Naxionale di Fisica di Nucleare, Italy and quadrupole magnets to be used at the UCLA Pegasus Laboratory. He has been a Director at Summer Valley Acquisition Corp since March 23, 2015. Mr. Yakub received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
